Our story
A local flooring warehouse in Kota Kinabalu.
KK Floor supplies flooring from our warehouse in Kolombong, Kota Kinabalu, where customers can see materials in person before deciding.
Our range covers eight categories, from household carpet to raised floor systems. We listen to what the space is for, show you suitable options side by side, and prepare a clear quotation.
Why people come back
We're your neighbours, not a call centre.
We live and work in Sabah too, and we treat every project, one bedroom or a whole building, with the same care.
We tell you what you don't need
If a cheaper floor will do the job, we'll say so. A good recommendation matters more to us than a bigger invoice.
You can see it before you buy it
Visit our Kolombong warehouse to compare materials in person. We confirm current stock and suitability before you order.
